An obvious alternate title for the whole blog (the whole concept of blogging actually), but more specifically..

I gave up and went on leave a week early, enjoying it immensely so far thanks, which meant this morning I was still in bed, having my second cup of coffee, crotcheting, listening to Linda Clarke interview Peter Jackson about his current feud with the Film Commission and wondering what Trinity was up too.
Which was when it occurred to me that maybe I was taking the whole embracing the spinster lifestyle a tad too far.
