The election

So we are heading into another election (well we have been all year, but now the campaign is officially under way). I have mixed feelings about it. Not I hasten to add about who should win, just about how much I care.
Well the wrong party looks pretty likely to win, and I do care about that. However part of me is in denial (you can't believe polling), part of me is indulging in the tendency I mentioned a couple of posts ago, the one to cover my ears and go 'lalala I can't hear you' about things, and another part keeps reading political blogs a bit obsessively.

Anyway I am pretty sure whatever the eventual outcome, I will on the morning after be cursing the stupidity of a certain number of my countrymen and since I live in the safe seat of Mr "Common Sense" a large proportion of my neighbours.
